Purex OXI Review and Giveaway

Why do they make toddler clothing in white?  For some reason I always end up with really cute designed shirts in white and since bibs left our house when both kids could rip them off their necks, we end up with lots of stained clothing.  Sure taking off the shirt for spaghetti works in the house, but birthday party pizza and doughnuts at church end up making messes frequently.  I got this cute Halloween themed shirt for Cecily an it has not survived all that well.  Some of the stains were set in last year and she added new stains in a recent wear.  Before writing it completely off, I thought I would try to save it with the new Purex OXI detergent I was sent.
The trick to getting the detergent to work at it's optimal level is to use it as a pretreater. I knew that not all the stains would come out, since I set them in over a year ago, but we gave it a shot.

After letting it set for five minutes, I used the Purex OXI in a reglar load.
I was happy with the end result.  Not everything came out, but enough stains were removed to allow the shirt back into rotation.

Purex is offering another great Sweepstakes in which one winner can be selected to win $1,000 and there will be 250 $25 winners.  You could get a lot of laundry detergent for $25, especially since this week Shop Rite has Purex on sale for less than $2 a bottle!
I was pleased with the Purex OXI, the scent was really pleasant, but not overpowering.  My clothes came out smelling and feeling clean.  I will be buying a few more bottles this week at Shop Rite since the price is great!   You can win a coupon to try a bottle of Purex too!
Three Lucky Winners will be selected!

a Rafflecopter giveaway Purex provided me with a sample of Purex OXI so I could review the product.  All opinions expressed are 100% of my own.
