Shop For the Ronald McDonald House

When Cole was in the NICU, the Ronald McDonald Room at the hospital kept us alive by stocking its shelves with those delicious cookies and orange drink.  We were barely making it through the day and this was often the only food we would eat. This was just a few weeks in our lives, but many families are living in Ronald McDonald Houses while their loved ones are being treated long term at hospitals.
Each year our local Ronald McDonald House has a holiday shop where children and parents can come in and select gifts to give.  Our shop runs through New Years and is open now.  They are always looking for donations for the shop.  We all like to shop for little ones, but it is the teens and parents that they need donations for the most.  Last year I was able to purchase some fleeces and hats and gloves sets.  These items do not need to be wrapped since the family will be selecting what they want to give.  If you are from another area, call your local Ronald McDonald or even Children's Hospital to see how you can help.
