Get Well Cards You Probably Won't Pin

One of my favorite parts of our new house is that we have a big island in the kitchen where the kids and I can do crafts, experiments, and cook.   Last night we made some cards for a family member that was just diagnosed with kidney cancer.   I saw some cute ideas integrating bandages into the cards.
Cecily and I worked through her ideas together and Cole did his completely alone.  The results were really cute.  I am a huge believer in letting the kids do their own work even if the end result is a little messy!
