  • There is an excellent balance of educational content and just for fun games.

Here is Cole sneaking in five minutes of before school.

Cole was thrilled to spend his time hurricane days off from school playing on  Now that he is in Kindergarten, he has a larger area with in Jumpstart that he can explore with success.  He was able to investigate the many lands with little assistance from an adult.  I actually had to stop him from playing after two straight engaged hours.  His favorite areas are Marineland and Mathblaster.  These lands can be easily found by using the map in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, which gives you a list of all areas to which a player can be instantly transported. Cole says he enjoys escaping from the Punk Punks in his bubble.  If you play the games, maybe that would not seem like a secret code language.  Cole also likes to play around with his character and changes his appearance though the blue hair is a pretty much a constant.

The newest area is a Madagascar section, where children can see all of their favorite characters from the movies as well as engage in games and activities. Cole said he liked the zoo themed area.  It is fun to go into the zoo nursery where you can adopt a zoo baby to raise.  We are big animal fans around here so the addition of the Madagascar zoo area was a big hit.
